When can I order GoldenTwist pretzels?
Our currently available pickup options are shown when you order online. Choose your favorites, select from the pickup options available in Square, and we’ll bake your order fresh for pickup in Lenexa.
Where is pickup?
GoldenTwist offers local pickup in Lenexa, Kansas. Your available pickup options are shown when you order, and pickup instructions are provided with your order confirmation.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering early for the best availability. The pickup options currently available will always be shown in Square. Planning something larger or an event? Visit Catering & Large Orders so we can help you plan ahead.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Delivery is available for orders with an $80 minimum food order and at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to bakery availability. Delivery is $10 within 0–10 miles of Lenexa and $15 within 11–15 miles. For locations farther than 15 miles, send us a request and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Can I order for a workplace, team, school, or group?
Absolutely. You can place one order and pay for the whole group, or we can create a private Square ordering link so everyone can choose and pay for their own pretzels. Individual orders combine toward the same $80 group minimum, with one delivery to one location.
What is a Pretzel Day?
Pretzel Day is our fun way to make group ordering easy. One person coordinates the group, we create a private ordering link, and everyone can order and pay individually. The coordinator receives a free 12-piece pretzel bite bag as our thank-you for organizing.
Can I order for a party or larger event?
Yes. For parties, weddings, celebrations and larger gatherings, visit our Catering & Large Orders page. Tell us what you’re planning and we can help with quantities, product options, sauces, packaging, timing and a custom quote.
Can I mix and match different pretzels?
Yes! Our bakery includes Classics, Pretzel Bites, Bretzels and pretzel breads and rolls. Square shows the products, sizes and options currently available to order.
What sauces are available?
Our sauce options may include Sweet German Mustard, Cheddar Cheese Sauce and White Queso Sauce. Current sauce choices and add-ons are shown when you order in Square.
How should I store or freeze my pretzels?
For the best experience, enjoy your pretzels within 1–2 days. Saving them for later? We recommend freezing rather than refrigerating. Freeze them until you’re ready, then reheat and enjoy them warm.
How do I reheat my pretzels?
Air fryer: 325°F for 2–4 minutes
Oven: 350°F for 5–8 minutes
Microwave: 10–20 seconds at a time until warm
Frozen pretzels may need a little extra time. Heat only until warm and soft so they don’t dry out.
Do the pretzels come salted?
Pretzel salt is included on the side, so you can add as much or as little as you like.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Not at this time. GoldenTwist does not currently offer gluten-free pretzels or pretzel breads.
